"The service was exceptional at this resort. Everyone we came into contact with were so welcoming and friendly. Housecleaning arrived daily to refreshen the room, and the mini fridge was restocked daily. The entire property was spotless and well maintained. The only improvements we suggest would be the food and drinks. The Italian restaurant was terrible, and the steak restaurant was just so so. We’re typically not buffet people, but it was the only option that was palatable for us. The sushi restaurant was good. There’s really not much of a beach to speak of, but the close proximity to 5th street was extremely convenient to shop and dine at the 100 plus restaurants. This was overall a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation."

"This is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever been to. The food is also amazing. That being said, their communication (and Expedia’s) help is very lacking. We tried for a month prior to arriving to make reservations at restaurants were completely ignored. We also tried to get Expedia to help and Expedia was no help either; they just told us to contact the hotel, which was not responsive. We arrived with no reservations for any of the restaurants we wanted and ended up not being able to dine at some of them. For the high price, you would expect a lot more help and attention. I do not think I would use Expedia for this in the future. And I would book months in advance to try to get in contact with the hotel. "

"This resort is the adult only section in a large property that contains four resorts called the Palladium group. It is marketed it as an adult only resort, but we saw a good amount of kids the entire time. The room was the best part about our stay, they even serviced our room twice a day. The property was quite picturesque, almost too large. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the beach, which I find pretty ridiculous. There are golf carts that take you everywhere, and can be requested through an app. Sometimes it takes longer to wait for the golf carts then to just walk there. The food and restaurants were the biggest letdown of the trip. I traveled with a group of seven and the team here at TRS barely accommodated for us. At first, they were telling us we would have to eat separately, which is nowhere on their website. The food quality was just all right, with some items being completely inedible. Both of the TRS pools were beautiful, but the drink service was slower than other resorts we’ve been to. All of the bars were well stocked, with higher quality liquor than any of the other properties adjacent to TRS. We did enjoy the spa, which was as good if not better than many all-inclusive resorts. Overall, I would say I had an all right experience, please make sure to request more information before booking from the resort. "
