"We have been travelling to Mexico for 14 years and this resort is one of the best we have been to!We stayed in the Family Selection side.Check in-very quick as we arrived late and it was nice to have a good restaurant open.They delivered a baby crib to our room promptly.The butler service is good, sending daily lists of activities and booking the à la cartes. All the staff at this resort are top notch.The buffet food is very good (especially dinner), the à la carte restaurants are good as well (although I would skip the Asian restaurant).They have lunch on the beach which has awesome food which we got from walking over to the TRS (adults only) side by bringing a couple plates for the adults and kids to share. The drinks are good, premium alcohol with our Family Selection wristband is included and Churchills cocktail bar is awesome!There are video game rooms for the kids to keep them entertained.The resort itself is quite large (not the largest we have been to), but it only takes about 5 minutes to get to the beach or to the buffet/lobby from where we were staying in Villa 48.There are golf carts to get to restaurants at White Sands.The beach is very nice, lots of sand and an unlimited amount of beach chairs there and by the pool.It was a nice change not having to fight for chairs at 7am, the resort never felt busy and the staff said this was normal capacity.There’s very good tennis/pickleball, basketball and soccer fields.We will definitely be back some day, highly recommend!"

"Room was spotless. Top Shelf Alcohol even at the pool. Both adult pools were heated. The infinity pool is all marble very cool. Never had to walk carts are everwhere to come pick you up."

"Amazing stay! I will definitely be booking again for my next trip to playa. We loved sipping coffee and having breakfast on our balcony every morning. The kitchen came in handy for cooking breakfast and some lunches. Bed was comfortable and it was overall clean, spacious and beautiful! The only thing that would have been nice would be to have some more cooking essentials like oil and salt. Other than that we absolutely loved our stay here and appreciated all the wonderful staff. Perfect location, we didn’t get a taxi once and just walked everywhere. Beach, restaurants, grocery etc. most things were within 15 mins walking or less! It was my first time staying off an all inclusive in Mexico and I much preferred to stay at this lovely hotel and explore the culture and local food! It felt extremely safe. "

"Amazing hospitality, as always. Our 4 th stay at the El Dorado Seaside Palms and we’re already planning our next visit. The staff is simply wonderful, welcoming, friendly, and so kind. I travelled with my 83 year old mother, and everyone went above and beyond to see that she enjoyed her visit to the maximum. The food is great (quality and selection). The breakfast and lunch dinner buffets at the market were simply delicious. Alex always took great care of us at the dinner buffet, and Yasmin and Diana were always waiting with a smile and our favourite table at breakfast. Each staff member is always happy to help and are extremely hospitable. Our beach concierge (Gabriel and Calvin) had our Bali bed and loungers waiting for us every morning. Super helpful, ensuring that we had easy access to the sea and facilities. From beginning to end, the El Dorado Seaside Palms is pure perfection. "
