"About 12- 13 mins away from Akibahara area. The rooms were very spacious and nice though the only downside was my sister found a yellow spot on one of the towels placed in our room and hadnt noticed till after she started using it. It isn't really close to the center of Tokyo but we walked a lot so we didn't mind. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating for us. "

"Good hotel. Usual fairly small but perfectly comfortable Tokyo room. Very good Japanese style breakfast served on 10th floor with good views over Iidabashi. Hotel is well situated approx 5 mins walk from JR/Metro IIdabashi station and a Family Mart and and a great Japanese supermarket a short walk away. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again."

"This is easily the best hotel I have ever stayed by far. The staff made sure you feel special and appreciated. The time for check in and check out was 2pm and 12 pm respectively, which was generous. The executive lounge was very comfortable. Breakfast is also included for other restaurants. Satsuki was a great breakfast option. The Japanese garden was beautiful. Spa access was also included. I would definitely go back to House Zen when I go to Tokyo again."

The subway station (Akasaka Mitsuke) is a few minutes walk from the hotel and it has both the Ginza and Marunouchi subway lines - making it easy to get to your desired location in the Tokyo Metro area. The 400-yr old garden is beautiful as well at the rose garden. Staff is exceptional, as you would expect in Japan. Don't miss the weekend buffet at Trader Vic's. "Our stay at Hoshinoya Tokyo was absolutely stellar. The staff was warm, welcoming and extremely accommodating. The space is beautifully and thoughtfully designed- a blend of transitional ryokan with modern comforts. The Onsen experience was wonderful and restorative, and we had a really restful sleep in the comfortable bed. Strong recommend, and hope to return again. "

Hotel is right across from Suidobashi station giving good access to all of Japan's hotspot areas and there were multiple family marts/7-eleven's nearby.
