"We only stayed in Kyoto for a few days, but our experience was smooth overall. Our luggage arrived on time by the time we checked in, which made things convenient. The staff were warm, nice, and friendly throughout our stay. The room itself was decent and came with basic amenities. The location is very convenient, just a few blocks from Kyoto Station, making it easy to get around and access transportation, dining, and shopping options."

The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very attentive. Location-wise, the hotel is perfectly situated to major attractions. I would definitely stay here again if I visited Kyoto again. "

"Cleaning staff were excellent. The location is nice as it’s close to Aeon Mall but at the far end of the station which took longer walking times to other areas. Room size that we reserved was good however the hotel could use an updated look on the exterior. "
