"Convenient close to I-75, super clean and updated/new facility. The area around is not great, but it is safe. We had a gymnastics meet at Knoxville convention center and it was easy to commute there. Breakfast options are above average and lobby and breakfast area are well kept."

"The employees were extremely friendly and helpful. I personally loved paying at check in as opposed to check out, it was one less thing for me to worry about in the morning. The pantry area was well stocked and i was able to grab water and a powerade without having to run to the store. The location was convenient with plenty of parking. The area was well lit and safe. "The staff were friendly and helpful when we asked about a nearby restaurant. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. This is a great option to avoid high-priced Pigeon Forge weekend rates. We stayed here when we arrived in the area on Saturday, then visited Pigeon Forge on Sunday/Monday when the rates are about 100 less than weekends."
