Be warned the lobby /reception is on the 27th floor so google maps will say ‘you’ve arrived’ but you need to go inside the building and go to level 27 to check in… lovely hotel, friendly staff, clean amenities and lots of places in and around Tokyo station to eat, drink and shop.
