"Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean. The property was as amazing as the first time we were there. We do recommend the Eco park attached to the property but get at least two days or unlimited. The show at the end of the day at the park was truly amazing with the amount of talent brining it to life, highly recommend. We saw an older gentleman at the lagoon buffet wait staff that we had before, I believe his name was Ortilio…simply the best. "

"Our stay was excellent! We stayed in privilege which was well worth the upgrade! Our butler was Alan and he was amazing! He checked in with us regularly to make sure we didnt need anything, if we wanted to make a reservation at any of the restaurants or anything else we needed. He even went above and beyond finding something for me off the resort and bringing it to me! We will definitely be back. "
