"The restaurant and bar were closed on both days we were there. The AC in the room was loud. Be careful when showering as the tub is slippery and there is no mat to put down. Also, the shower curtain doesn’t stay closed so water goes everywhere which makes the tiled floor wet and slippery. The toiletries were a minimum."
"Room was clean, bathroom was tiny. Wish they would at least get the trash out of the rooms daily or leave extra bags. Pool is extremely small especially for the size of the hotel. It was indoor/outdoor which could be a plus. Breakfast buffet was biscuits, gravy, tasteless powdered eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal, canned fruit. Parking can be a challenge. Great location. I would return again!"
"The staff were incredibly rude and not helpful. There were many reservations that did not have the correct type of rooms
Breakfast was not filled consistently and quit serving earlier than what we were told the hours were.
The room had garbage in it still and the lotions, body wash and shampoos were not filled.
There was not any bedding in the rooms for the pull outs.
The elevator quit working and was broken for 2/3 night stays.
There were multiple vehicles with trailers behind them that took up multiple spaces so there was no where to park in the lot."
"Everything about our stay was good except for the air conditioning units. Our first night was great, but during the second night, the air conditioning unit in our room started blowing out hot air. It was 78 degrees when we moved rooms. The second room we were moved to started out at 73 degrees and by the time we checked out it was 77 degrees. The staff that took care of us were extremely helpful and prompt to change our room since the issue began just after midnight. The breakfast and staff associated with it were excellent. I would stay here again."
"Lower your expectations if you are staying at Still Water Resort! We were excited, just to be DISAPPOINTED! They do not provide ANY Toiletries so we had to make a run to Walmart as soon as we got there! Horrible customer service! They try to make you sign up for a Sales pitch just to get more money from you and even if you cancel and give them a good notice they take your money regardless!!! They pressure it to! We will never be back! The rooms were dirty and uncomfortable beds. The pools were cold and hot tubs did not work and they were bath tub water. I think next time I come to Branson just go to a nice hotel"
