"Stay was excellent. Room was clean and well maintained. Very busy due to major events in the city but was not properly staffed to accommodate rush of guests. Staff did their best but certainly could have used more help, especially in the restaurant. Breakfast buffet was good, but restaurant was significantly understaffed for a dining room of that size."
"The room was absolutely tiny. It was a room with a king bed. We hardly had any place to put our luggage or to just walk around. There was a table in front of the window which completely blocked the one full length mirror in the room. There is no mini-fridge or microwave in the rooms. The lobby area is visually unappealing and crowded. The elevators took forever - they are small and super hot. I had to ask them to clean our room. We had been there for three days without housekeeping showing up once.
But - the room was so quiet and super cold a/c. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. The location is great but for the price, there are a lot of factors to consider."
