"There’s a great vibe here—easy going and comfort with style. The staff was friendly and helpful, even over the phone. Coffee and snacks at $3-4 each made the mornings great. NYC tourists are near a 1 train at 181st to head straight downtown with the bonus of but a diverse neighborhood and nearby parks and waterfront. A king suite was a perfect fit for a family of three with older child, plus had a stellar uptown view. "

I was there a little earlier because I had to check out of my other hotel that my job scheduled before check-in is not till 3 o’clock, but the receptionist was very kind and let me check in earlier. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly very closely located to the train stops and a block away from the Park can’t ask for anything else."

Our room, however, was better suited for a single traveler, and the biggest issue was a very soft mattress that neither one of us slept well on. "
