"I paid extra money to enjoy the pool and its services. Unfortunately the pool side seating was esthetically pleasing BUT staff didn't open service till well after 3pm when we were informed it should open at 2pm. No outside drinks or food are permitted on pool side, maybe next don't pay and arrive to relax unless you dont want a cold beverage by the pool. "

"The reason of not getting all 5 stars.... Granted the staff was amazing, but the lack of room service, the water pressure in the shower was severely lacking, and the fact i found 3 bugs in my room... cause this hotel to lose stars in my eyes"

"This was the perfect location before a cruise. Love the old building and the rooms were very spacious and clean and comfortable. Close to several great restaurants and they offer parking for a fee."

"Guest desk was very nice. We got to our room, we heard a yapping dog. We went back to the desk and they moved us right away. Easy to find, good parking. Only complaint, the floor looked clean, but I spilled some water and wiped it up with a bath towel and the towel was black! So dirty! "

"Room was a bit noisy bc it overlooked the pool, and the elevator was right next to us and made really annoying sounds- but everything else was pretty perfect!"
