"I was worried that a room the size of a twin bed would be claustrophobic, but the ceilings were high enough to feel spacious. The storage space under the bed was large, and I was glad to have personal space to lock them in. Staff were helpful and spoke English well enough to get me checked in. The lobby was a great place to eat and work in."
"The room was clean, the staff were helpful and courteous. The Onsen/Spa area was nice. I would suggest that the vending machine, microwave and ice dispenser should all be under one area for better convenience, unless it was on purpose? So it doesnt get crowded?"
