"Overall, U get what u pay for. I was very dissatisfied with the bed. The bed was SPRING! and felt completely worn out.
My check out process was horrible we waited 1 hour for the bell boy to get our luggage and we still got charged late check out fee! Which was unacceptable despite it not being our fault! We went with our children, the television worked only when it wanted to,as it buffered so much!"
