"Property is just as described, the hotel itself is beautiful, very small!!!! It’s relaxing but service was very poor.
We constantly got ignored, we didn’t have the best vibes from the staff besides the host at ballena view restaurant and the chef at the Japanese restaurant. We tipped so well too which was even more sad because knowing so many people there do not tip at all, we felt like the workers just don’t want to be there. They rarely smile, they see you need something and go the other way. If it’s your first time traveling to Cabo you may think it’s great if you have nothing else to compare it to. I will not return. Service is everything and this place needs to train their employees to make the guests feel welcome and attended to."
"Everything about this property was worth it. It is well kept. I’ve also learned that it opened in 2025. At first I thought the electricity didn’t work, come to find out I need to use the key to operate the amenities. The room smelled good, it was clean, housekeeping kept up with the room, and the staff was really nice. The check in process was smooth. I made sure to check in online so, all I needed was to pay the tax, get the key, sign my documents, and retrieve my wrist band.
The only con is there aren’t enough channels The wifi to use your computers will get blocked due to the VPN usage. Just a heads up. It was a battle for me but, I made it work."

"The location is great. There are restaurants within walking distance or a short Uber ride. This was my second time staying at this property. The staff were awesome! They accommodated all of my requests. Check in and check out was smooth. I recommend upgrading the package to premium so you’re able to get premium alcohol. There’s also access to additional bars with the premium package. We were there celebrating my partners birthday. Upon arrival banner was placed on the door as well as a birthday treat in the room. The Conceirge was very attentive and anticipated our needs. Be sure to tip while three, the staff definitely deserve it. We reserved a cabana which was suggested by the Conceirge and were glad we did. The free lounge chairs were completely full at 9 am. Get to the Market Place cafe early if you want to eat breakfast there. We walked down around 10 and there was a long wait. The property is still gorgeous but could use some TLC in some areas, but nothing too drastic. I will definitely stay there again. This is a more relaxing resort so you won’t get urban music or the top 40s if that’s what you’re looking for. There was no turn up."
"Our room was very clean and well maintained from the moment we checked in. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we had questions or needed anything. Overall, it was a great stay and made our trip much more enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again!"
