"Cuando hice la reserva se me cobró un depósito , y cuando llegué al hotel en la recepción fueron muy inexpertos y me volvieron a cobrar toda la estadía.- la habitación no se me realizó upgrade por ser vip member , cobijas sucias y sobre todo el personal muy mal servicio tanto en áreas comunes como recepción"
"I really enjoyed my stay I took off a star because it says that airport transfers were included but they weren’t and I had do pay for mine. However someone else booked a separate room didn’t so the information received from the hotel customer service , hotel staff and Expedia wasn’t correct. I had “850 resort credits” that was completely miss represented because it’s not a credit you can use on what you want instead it’s discounts multiple services that total up to $850. Overall the staff was nice and helpful the food options were good minus the steak house skip that one. It would be nice if the pools stayed open longer they close at 6pm which seems early. I would settle for the adults only pool being open longer."
