Hotel Xcaret Mexico - All Parks / All Fun Inclusive
8/10 Good
"Property is beautiful, so many things to do. Service is great food and drinks also great. Is a green facility on a preserved area. My only concern is that from all 20 pools that the facility has no one is climatized or heated. Depending on the time of the year of your visit especially if traveling with small children this might be a n issue. I believe that for the 5star hotel category at least they should provide this service in one or two of the pools to have options. Another downside is even though they have more than 20 restaurants including 2 buffets some of them for dinner required reservations. When we arrived a lot of the reservations were taken. You have to make those in advance prior arrival. "
Sunscape Cancun All-Inclusive Resort & Spa by Hyatt
6/10 Okay
"Overall, this is a good resort with good food, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a nice beach area. The pool is on the smaller side, but that didn’t bother us.
The only downside for us was the lack of entertainment. Compared to other resorts we’ve visited, this one felt quite limited. Each night there was a singer in the lobby, but her performances were fairly mediocre and not engaging at all for a young crowd unfortunately. Only 2–3 nights featured a short show (about 45–50 minutes) in the ballroom, and those were scheduled around 7–8 PM, right when most people are heading to dinner.
If your goal is to relax and unwind, this resort is a great choice but if you want more entertainment and fun, probably not a good choice. "
"All in all very good hotel. Staff very respectful. Food perfect. Pools were all good. Make sure to find and reserve pool seats first thing in the morning otherwise you may not find the spot near your room building. "
