Hotel Riu Palace Kukulkan - Adults Only - All Inclusive
6/10 Okay
"The overall property is nice and the pool area. The rooms are subpar, air was not working when we arrived and they room smelled like sewage or a moldy wet smell. Depending on who serves you the drinks are watered down. For the food the buffet and steak house and Italian place were only good places. Room service food was disgusting."
Hotel Riu Palace Baja California - Adults Only - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"We had the most wonderful time at Riu Palace Baja California. The staff are all so kind and helpful. Everything is clean, especially since they work endlessly to ensure that guests are comfortable and in a tidy environment. The entertainment team and shows they put on made it so much better, helping provide things to do and pass time!
I adore Riu so much from previous stays - staying at Palace BC is great because you get access to the other hotels as you please. We really enjoyed the food, specifically the restaurants, Krystal and Yu Hi. Their newer Riu Party experience is also a great addition for guests to have an amazing time within the comfort of the resort’s grounds.
For cat lovers, there is a pod of the cutest cats around the hotel that made us so happy to see (and they seem well taken care of). Be sure to pack or buy some cat food if you can from the nearby Walmart for them - that is one thing I regret not doing!
We cannot wait to come back, hopefully soon!"
