Sunscape Cancun All-Inclusive Resort & Spa by Hyatt
8/10 Good
"I loved how friendly the staff is. Everything was so clean. Room service was excellent. Ricardo and Nestor did amazing drinks in the VIP room that made this experience better. I loved the activity when coco bongo staff came over to the pool side. My daughter’s loved the bracelet stand entertainment person was so kind and funny. I would say that I didn’t like was that the pools closed too early. Also the pina coladas tasted so disgusting when getting them from the bar down stairs."
"Riu Palace is a very nice resort. I like the fact that it is the perfect size, so you don't have to walk so far to the pool and restaurants. There was a nice selection of food in the buffet and plenty of restaurants to choose from. The food in the buffet was very good; however, being a dessert person, the desserts had very little taste. The pools are large and not crowded. They are very cold in the morning, but warm up around 1. The swim-up bar is separate from the large pool and is about 4ft. The resort beds are comfortable, though I wish they would have had a thin blanket in the room for those of us who get chilly at night. The bathrooms are a nice size for two. The furniture is getting old, and the pull-out twin sofa needs to be replaced. It hurts to sit on it for very long."

10/10 Excellent
"Our 7th stay. As usual the staff was great and welcoming. I felt there were significant improvements in the food with an emphasis on Bluewater Grill. It's always great to see familiar faces like Juan at the Italian restaurant. Typically the spa was a highlight but it didn't live up to previous visits. Previous visits seemed more organized in how they rotated aqua treatments, the cold shower and bucket is now gone, my massage was not relaxing. I canceled my other planned services the same day."
