"Better sound proofing the rooms near Bash would be a great improvement.Extremely loud banging music till 2:00 am every night was tough..At least warn people,,and give them a choice to room further away.Also,the wonderful folks that did a tremendous job of cleaning, and re-stocking the room each day,but if they were a little more quiet in the hallway starting at7:30am when people are still trying to sleep..I do realize it’s an“Adult party atmosphere”,and a lot of people come there to “ let loose..”Other than that, we had a good time,and like to come back again."

"Es un hotel muy completo, tiene diferentes cosas para hacer las piscinas son espectaculares y el servicio del personal es maravilloso pero si sugiero más actividades familiares por lo que es para los niños principalmente y los splash están muy viejos, muy acabados y no tan modernos como lo demás por lo que mi estancia que era principalmente para mi hijo no fue tan satisfactoria. Escogí este hotel por *splash* pero no eran como en las fotos. Los horarios de los snacks no habían cuando íbamos a solicitarlos, los helados rápidamente se acababan enseguida y ya no habían los demás sabores disponibles. Y la playa finalmente olía mal y no se pudo disfrutar debido al montón de algas marinas."

"Xcaret was an experience. the property is massive and even if you're planning to partake in all of the all-fun-inclusive park activities, you should take a day to explore the hotel's property.

"Room was very clean, including the bathroom. They came and cleaned everyday. Pool was great! Beach view was amazing! Staff gave me the run around for a refund that was owed to me. Transportation, laundry and restaurant reservation services weren’t clear either. Overall was good though. Also they never explained how to turn on the lights, we had to figure that out ourselves."
