"The hotel is next to the airport which makes it very convenient for an overnight stay. The room was poorly maintained, but in general it was comfortable. The staff was friendly. I bought Mexican food at one of the hotel restaurants and it was great, expensive though. The room was too cold and the only solution I found was to turn off the AC. "

"This resort was absolutely fantastic! I was hesitant to travel with just myself and my 16-year-old daughter, but everything went so smoothly and we felt extremely safe throughout the trip. The sunscape was beautiful! It exudes a perfect balance of relaxation and activity. The resort was open and airy, and its location was far enough away from Cancun's busier areas. The bartenders were very attentive, and the entire staff was extremely friendly. Our room was cleaned daily, and we always had what we needed. The coffee shop was a hit with my daughter. We treated ourselves to the spa versus taking an excursion, & it was well worth it! We intend to return!"
