"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! The resort was beautiful, clean, and incredibly well maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make every part of the trip enjoyable. A special shoutout to Ariz, our butler who had gone above and beyond throughout our stay accommodating our requests, scheduling and even down to the room making it an intimate special vacation for me and my partner. Santiago had welcomed us into Route 66 and made us feel like we had known eachother as long term friends. Manuel at the steakhouse made our last night enjoyable and ensured our experience was top notch! The food exceeded expectations with lots of variety, fresh options, and great restaurants to choose from. Drinks were consistently good, and service around the pool and beach was excellent. Rooms were spacious, comfortable, and cleaned thoroughly every day. There was always something to do whether you wanted entertainment, excursions, relaxing by the pool, or even enjoying the suite itself. Overall, this was the perfect balance of fun and relaxation, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free vacation. Already planning a return trip!"

"Excellent service and friendly staff. They keep the facilities really clean. There is also good care ant the restaurants on getting you what you need, specially with allergies. There is a great kids waterpark for families. And the food is all excellent. My only main complaint is the there aren’t a lot of bathrooms on the property. Especially if you’re on the beach…. "
