"Beautiful resort , everything was perfect . A lot of things to do with kids . Amazing views , food and activities . The only thing that we didn’t like at all was that our flight was at 12:30pm , airport was at 45 to 1 hour distance and they schedule our pick up ( with no other option ) at 7:00am , my kids could a had breakfast cause everything opens at 7 . We were at the airport for 4 hours because of that ."

Some of the male staff members at breakfast were not very friendly, and there is definitely room for improvement in the dinner experience. "This was my second stay at Atelier Playa Mujeres, and both this trip and the one in 2023 were fantastic. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, the staff attentive and friendly, and the amenities were top notch. The restaurants I ate at were all delicious, a dish here or there was just ok, but by and large the food was very good. Highly recommend this place, I will definitely be back again."
