"The rooftop pool was beautiful and fun to be in! The resort credit has many restrictions to it so ask when you check in! The beachfront is very nice and relaxing….the bar staff is very nice and fast but the alcohol seemed to run out with particular kinds every day. The AC in the rooms was left to be desired for …..the food was not bad overall. The entertainment was pretty cool with fun decorations being put up daily! If you can make a reservation at the restaurants I would…..one restaurant is closed every night so it can be an hour plus wait in prime dining hours."

"Pros:
It was a small enough property that you don't need transportation to take you between different areas. Main lobby, restaurants, pools, waterpark and the theatre and entertainment area are all consolidated in one area so very accessible and walkable.
The property is fairly new. It was clean and well maintained."
"The property itself was well maintained and visually very nice. However, our overall experience was somewhat disappointing, especially as a family with a toddler.
There were very limited activities for families beyond spending time at the pools, so the resort felt lacking in options for young children. The telecom/operator service was also difficult to reach, as calls were rarely answered.
We were also unable to enjoy the private beach during our stay due to a significant amount of seaweed. In addition, we had informed the resort that we were visiting to celebrate our toddler’s birthday, but the birthday arrangement was sent one day early. While we appreciated the gesture, it felt poorly coordinated, and we had expected a more thoughtful effort given the occasion.
Overall, the property is well kept, but the service and family-focused experience did not fully meet our expectations."
