El resort está muy bien mantenido, con instalaciones hermosas, jardines impecables y un ambiente relajante que realmente invita al descanso. El servicio fue sobresaliente durante toda nuestra estadía. Todo el personal fue amable, atento y profesional, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y asegurarse de que disfrutáramos nuestra visita. Tuvimos un inconveniente con una filtración de agua en el área del baño de nuestra habitación. Sin embargo, la situación fue atendida de inmediato por el equipo del hotel, quienes nos trasladaron rápidamente a otra habitación. Aunque finalmente fue de la misma categoría, apreciamos mucho la rapidez y profesionalismo con que resolvieron el problema. La calidad de los restaurantes, las áreas comunes y la atención al detalle hicieron que nuestra experiencia fuera muy positiva. "Our stay at Secrets Maroma was absolutely incredible. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. We truly loved this resort and cannot wait to return! What made this trip unforgettable was the exceptional staff. A very special thank you to Mr. Domingo at the French restaurant—his service was outstanding, warm, and genuinely caring. He made us feel at home, and we actually returned to that restaurant just because of him. We highly recommend asking for Domingo if you visit. We would also like to recognize Mr. Freddy at the World Café. His attention to detail and consistent kindness were exceptional. Every visit felt special because of his service. Another highlight was Mr. Miguel at Seaside Grill and Oceana. His kindness and hospitality were amazing and made every dining experience even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Chef Francisco at the Hibachi restaurant—by far the best hibachi chef we have ever experienced. His energy, talent, and incredible show made dinner an unforgettable experience and one of the highlights of our stay. Beyond the staff, the resort is impeccable. The facilities are beautiful and very well maintained, the food is excellent, and the entertainment shows were very fun. We also appreciated how easy and convenient it was to book tours and excursions directly at the resort with knowledgeable staff, making everything seamless and safe. We came here to celebrate our anniversary, and it was everything we hoped for and more."

"The property is amazingly beautiful, clean and HUGE! Be ready to walk. The walk is beautiful every where you go so you don’t feel like you are getting in 5 miles a day but I did! The food is good comparable to other places I have stayed in Mexico. The inclusion of ALL parks is the draw and you will want to do them all. I suggest you prioritize according to your group as the Xenotes is a little more demanding especially if you are traveling with smaller children or Grandparents. Xel-Há is for everyone and you can do as much or as little as you want there. The food there was excellent and easy to get in and out. Be sure to take advantage of the Xelfies on all of the properties. I wish I had done more as the package you can purchase at the end of your stay is very reasonable. We had an amazing vacation there and I would go back."
