"The hotel is a bit tried I stayed here when it was the hard rock not much has changed.
We had a couple of niggles with our room not resolved.
Housekeeping let themselves in early in the morning several times. No knocking which i found rude.
Paid for a king size room don’t waste your money."
"Lovely hotel. Breakfast was amazing and worth every penny. Food was to a high standard. The only let down was the a/c in the rooms - even on the lowest setting, you could not feel the benefits and you were unable to open any windows, so the night was a bit uncomfortable.

"Clean, quite spacious room for 3 people. Another chair- only one - would have been useful. Had an issue with sockets/ tv tripping a couple of times but dealt with quickly when reported. Lovely breakfasts. Staff very helpful.
The room would have benefited from double or secondary glazing as being on a main road it was noisy. The complimentary ear plugs unfortunately were unsuitable as the design was painful in the ears. We did manage to sleep and enjoyed our stay."
"The pipe in the toilet broke. So our bathroom began to flood. We asked if we could be moved to a different room immediately. Instead, we were told to remain in our hot, smelly and flooded room while the maintenance guy took a look. And then after that, we were able to get a change into a significantly smaller room. We’d like a discount or a refund for the second night at the very least."
