"As always, the Oro Verde Cuenca is the best place to stay. They are always accommodating and go above and beyond. I brought my fiancée, our just turned 6 month old daughter, and our family dog to celebrate my daughter 6 month birthday at the place were we brought her to right after she was born. The hotel manager and staff recognized us since we always stay there, and they brought us a delicious cake and gave our dog a lovely toy, snack, and doggie bed.
