"It was a pleasurable stay. The gentleman at the reception was very polite and friendly. The whole staff was attentive and helpful, friendly and professional. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are immaculate and are more than just a room, mine was a studio apartment. The pool is cleaned daily and the public area is immaculate. I definitely recommend the Otonomus hotel for families and solo travelers. There is a whole new set of condos being constructed next door, but you’ll only hear the noise during work hours, which most likely it’s the time guests are out and about town. It never bothered me as most of my days were spent out on tours. They also have scooters and bicycles for rent. Overall, a wonderful stay. "
"The Staff , was the most attentive, I’ve experienced in all my global travels. The Cenote, was beautiful, transformative, haha. The food , the room , jacuzzi were awesome as well . The one negative for me was the music , from surrounding properties, made it hard for me to sleep . My Partner had no issues , said she slept well. "
"My family stayed at this hotel in August, and we loved it! This is a brand new hotel that just opened this year. While everything is brand new, they are still working to finalize the hotel (finish one section of it and fully stock up the rooms with kitchen supplies, such as plates, cups, utensils etc.). This, I'm sure will happen shortly. The room was great, with one king bed in one room and a sofa bed in the living room. We even had our tiny private pool, which we did not end utilizing as their public pool is stunning.
The hotel is located in a newly-developed part of town, so it's away from busy streets and noise. Nonetheless, it's a short drive to all the beautiful attractions and tourist zones around Tulum.
The staff was very accommodating and nice, and we felt they really cared that we enjoy our stay.
I will definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay in it again in the future!"
